All shirts are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is processed. For all other items, please note they require 3-5 business days for processing, followed by an additional 1-2 weeks for tracking updates and delivery.

We do NOT accept refunds on pre-orders or any item as each item is custom-made and cannot be resold. All sales are final. If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 for a resolution.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress. For preorder items, tracking information will be provided after the processing and production periods are complete.
